CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION

1 - AGREEMENT/INSCRIPTION

The reservation is considered firm and final as of the reception of the payment of the down payments, that is to say 40% (round sum) amount of the hiring, by bank check, postal or mandate in the name of the Inn of the Pines, or reference Credit card with scratch date and 3 digits CRYPT. The reservation is personal and could not be transmitted to other people, without our agreement.

For the Studios :

The balance of your stay will have to be regulated as of your arrival in integrality, with the handing-over of the keys. Inventory your involved (material and cleaning). A guarantee of 230? will be deposited and restored at the time of your departure after inventory and cleaning if carried out by your care. The hiring is practised with the week or multiple of weeks, of Saturday 16 hours at Saturday 10 hours.

2 - CONFIRMATION

We will address to you an acknowledgement of delivery of your payment of down payment confirming your reservation. The acknowledgement of delivery will have to be introduced at the arrival. The pay of the hiring will have to be regulated 30 days before the date of arrival.

3 - ANNULATION OF RESERVATION

Less than 6 weeks to 30 days before the date of arrival: refunding of 20% of the down payments Less than 30 days before the date of arrival: no refunding of the down payments

4 - PAYMENT OF YOUR STAY

The balance of your stay will have to be regulated before your arrival in integrality. For the stays in ½ pension or complete pension, the supplements will be invoicees, with your arrival, the week. Any stopped stay or summary does not give place to any refunding, except exceptional case. Payments accepted by Bank card, Cheques, Espéces.
